Our Senior Fit program is developed with your health and longevity in mind. Our fitness center offers recumbent bikes, Airdyne® bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills and a top-of-the-line HUR strength training circuit that is all air pressure controlled. We also have free weights and other functional training aids available to improve balance, mobility, strength and power. From the Hyde Park, a studio model with 494 square feet, to the Devonshire, a three-bedroom model with 1,355 square feet, each of our apartment styles are larger than average and include a full kitchen.
